SmartWavesGR provides website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), booking and appointment systems, and custom digital solutions. We don't publish fixed prices on the site, since every project is scoped individually based on what the client needs. After an initial conversation, we send a written proposal covering cost, estimated delivery time, and deliverables, which only takes effect once the client accepts it explicitly.

The client agrees to provide, in a timely and accurate manner, the materials, information, and any approvals needed to complete the project, and to respond to our communications within a reasonable time. Delays in doing so may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

The client is solely responsible for any content (text, images, logos, and other material) provided to us for use in their project, and confirms they hold the necessary rights to use it. SmartWavesGR is not liable for any third-party rights infringement arising from material supplied by the client.

The content, design, and source code of this website are the intellectual property of SmartWavesGR, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once a project is completed and paid in full, rights to the delivered content transfer to the client, unless the relevant proposal states otherwise.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't harm its operation, its security, or the experience of other visitors. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to, copy, or misuse the website's content or source code is prohibited.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. However, SmartWavesGR is not liable for any technical errors, temporary downtime, or indirect damages that may result from using the website or its services.
